BOOTABLE USB USING CMD

 type in: diskpart , then press Enter.
 list disk
select disk usb
 select disk 1 .
Type in: clean .
Type in: create partition primary .
 This will select the partition you have just created.
 This will make the partition active on the USB.
Type in: format fs=ntfs . or     format fs=fat32
, type in: assign .
